Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders!
Please note that due to the current global situation with COVID-19 there con be delays
of up to 2 additional weeks in delivery.

If the shipment is fo#rom US warehouse, the delivery takes 2-4 business days.

Shipments from our other warehouses to the US, Canada, Australia take an average of
7-14 business days after processing (depending on your local post office).

Note: In case of unforeseen circumstances there may be delays due to your local
post.

Processing time is 2-5 business days.

You can track your order in the shipping confirmation sent by us.
Just click on the tracking number in your email.

Once your order arrives in your country, you can also track it with your local shipping
company like USPS, Royal mail...

Please note we cannot be held responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect
address being entered or the post office/courier not being contacted when you have
received a notice of non delivery.

We have office in Germany, but currently we ship from our warehouses in US, China
and Singapore where our manufacturer is located.
For this reason we can keep the prices low and do not have to charge shipping costs.
